Competition intensified in the moment between enterprises,foreign large enterprises prosperity and large domestic enterprises is generally boom,or even close down the case,forming a dramatic contrast.Some companies has been able to obtain a dominant position in the global competition in essence,the operating capacity of the enterprise is not the only factor,but on a strong competitive enterprises as the core of the entire supply chain.Supply chain is a network consisting of various organizations,it involves different processes and behavior to produce valuable products and services to final users.Supply chain management focuses on the supply chain's integrated management of logistics and information flow,to ensure the proper transfer of the number of the appropriate product at the right time to the right place.Supply chain inventory management is starting from raw materials to the end user of the overall cooperation organization network inventory planning and control integration.Cost-based supply chain management focused on the demand of ultimate customer,focus on improving customer service levels and increase product variety and lower prices.This thesis consists of the following chapters: The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance,ideas and methods based on a review of supply chain cost management environment and briefly reviewed,and the research papers framework;Chapter II,the concept of supply chain and supply chain cost management theory,focuses on supply chain and supply chain management based on the cost of the definition,but also at home and abroad on the theoretical basis of the study under the direction of cost management supply chain environment,as well as to make use of this article.Chapter III,the thesis analyze HP China's problems based on the cost situation and supply chain management,introduced the HP China company's background and industry analysis,and communication with suppliers from HP China supply chain,inventory management,logistics system management mode,electronic information management,customer service management perspective analysis of the current situation of the four major HP China company supply chain cost management and the main problems;The fourth chapter,analyze the reasons for these problems.Based on supply chain cost management,the root of the problem of HP China into external and internal reasons in two parts,divided into external causes: management and production processes of uncertainty,companies inconsistencies between therequirements to reduce costs and lack of complete information systems.Lack of internal reasons into use activity-based costing,the lack of cost-effective overall concept and logistics system is not developed.The fifth chapter is to make recommendations on the above-mentioned reasons.For the cause of the problem,propose appropriate countermeasures,were analyzed from the cost control methods,strategic sourcing strategies,inventory management strategy and logistics systems and information systems are widely used in five areas;Chapter VI: General conclusions and shortcomings,and the prospect of further research this paper.There are many urgent research direction on the cost management of the supply chain,the proposed solutions can only provide a reference for the HP China supply chain management for the cost optimization,but also for our other enterprise cost management model can be improved to provide a reference direction.
