This paper selects Linchuan District of Fuzhou city,Jiangxi Province as the research area.With the rapid development of social economy and rapid population growth in Linchuan,the demand of the land resources is increasing.However,because of the scarcity of land resources,land supply is limited.This leads to the intensification of the contradiction between people and land,which leads to a series of problems such as society,economy,ecological environment and so on.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study quantitatively the relationship between human and land in the region and to evaluate the land carrying capacity scientifically.With the map of the land use,this paper analysis the land use change in Linchuan district from 2005 to 2014,and then we establish a land comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation indecx system,which used to analysis the change of the land land comprehensive carrying capacity.The results of this paper mainly have three aspects.(1)This paper analysis the change of land use in Linchuan district.The research find that the area of cultivated land,garden land,forest land,water area are all reduced,and totally reduced by 3606.77 hm2.While,the area of construction land,grass land are increased.The land resources in Linchuan district are in the developing period,and the development potential is large.The complexity of land use structure in Linchuan area is increasing,and the level of land intensive use is decreasing.(2)The carrying capacity of land resources,the land economic and the land ecological environment were calculated respectively.In this paper,the carrying capacity are expressed by the bearer population.We find that the bearer population of land resources are 1417092,1602155 in 2005 and 2014;The bearer population of the and economic are 1083209,1230641 in 2005 and 2014;The bearer population of the land ecological environment are 1040160,938858 in 2005 and 2014.(3)The comprehensive carrying capacity of the land is calculated.The bearer population of land comprehensive carrying capacity is 1151847,1245545 in 2005 and 2014.The comprehensive carrying capacity of the land is generally improved form 2005 to 2014.(4)We predict the comprehensive carrying capacity of the land in 2020,2025 and 2030.The comprehensive carrying capacity of the land is 12606594,1316948,1385677 in 2020,2025 and 2030.
