Research On The Production Quality Security System Of Construction Cost Consultation Enterprises

Along with the goingtoscale and internationalization of China’s constructionmarket penetratingly and perfectly, construction cost consultation industry plays amore and more important role in the construction project economic construction anddecision-making implementation. However, on account that cost enterprises do not payenough attention to the quality ascension and maintenance of consulting products, theproducts are related with cost engineer’s individual ability closely, and cost enterprisesignore the ’balance’ to restrict them, the quality of cost product is unstable,homogeneous and low-level, and it’s hard to establish long-term cooperationrelationship of trust between cost consultation enterprises and consulting clients. As aresult, price-cutting competition is serious, the industry competition order is chaoticand it is weak for the industry to sustain its improvement. So research on theproduction quality security system of construction cost consultation enterprises notonly has some theoretical value, but also has certain practical significance, for the sakeof establishing long-term cooperation with partners, promoting industry sustainabledevelopment, improving the construction project management, and controllingengineering project investment effectively.Based on analyzing the current situation of the production quality security systemof construction cost consultation enterprises, this paper starts with the industryattributes of the engineering cost industry，and discusses the characteristics of it.Meanwhile, combining with the engineering cost products and its production’scharacteristics, this paper also explores the demarcation of the cost product’s qualityand its characteristics. After a series of analysis, it is can be concluded that variousfactors are influencing the production quality, so the paper switches to one of the coreresearch to explore the key factors on influencing the production quality. Through thenumbers of questionnaires, the key factors are obtained. By means of analyzing thecauses hided in them, it is useful to prepare for the quality system construction, whichis also the other one of the core research of this paper. At last, the paper discusses thequality guarantee system operation mechanism, and the framework of security system.At the same time, the paper also puts forward concrete construction measures on everycomposition of the quality guarantee system framework. The end of the paper is thefinal conclusions of the analysis of investigation, which brings forward some advice to improve the quality security system, and points out the lack of the thesis, as well as theareas demanding further study.
