Research And Application On Inventory Management Mode Of S General Contractor's Prefabricated Components

As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the construction industry is upgrading from traditional industry to modern industrial industry.The state vigorously develop the prefabricated construction,but the prefabricated construction has not been fully promoted at the present,mainly due to high cost,and the high cost of prefabricated components has resulted in a high cost of prefabricated construction.Most of the prefabricated components are large in volume and heavy weight,so the general contractors have difficulty in storage for a long time and higher inventory cost.In order to reduce the cost of prefabricated components for the general contractors and whole supply chain,and promote the prefabricated construction,it is important to research the inventory management of the prefabricated components so that promote inventory management level.In this paper,the prefabricated components of prefabricated construction are used as the object of research,study the inventory management question of prefabricated components for S general contractor.By comparing the commonly used supply chain's inventory management strategy and analyzing the characteristics of prefabricated components,the jointly managed inventory strategy is carried out for a prefabricated components manufacturer and multiple engineering contractors.And the inventory cost savings under the new inventory model is reasonably allocated.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the basic situation of S general contractor,analyzes the status and problems of prefabricated components inventory in prefabricated construction of S general contractor,and describes the problems caused by poor management of prefabricated components.(2)This paper puts forward the principle of inventory management of prefabricated components for S general contractor.By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of several commonly used supply chain's inventory management modes and combining the characteristics of prefabricated components to choose the inventory optimization of prefabricated components under jointly managed inventory mode,and this paper puts forward the implementation conditions of S general contractor implementing jointly managed inventory strategy.(3)In this paper,the traditional stock management model and the jointly managed inventory model are established for the supply chain of a prefabricated components manufacturer and a plurality of general contractors.The inventory cost of each supply chain member is obtained under the traditional inventory management mode,and the total inventory cost of supply chain is obtained under the jointly managed inventory mode.The total inventory cost savings of supply chain under the jointly managed inventory is reasonably allocated to each supply chain member with improved Shapley value method considering investment and risk correction factors.Finally,the inventory cost of each supply chain member is obtained.(4)This paper applies the jointly managed inventory mode to manage C project prefabricated components inventory of S general contractor,and finds out the inventory cost of each member before and after the implementation of jointly managed inventory mode by substituting the actual research data into the model.Through the operation of the C project,this paper get the benefits of the jointly managed inventory mode.This paper draw a conclusion that implementation of JMI mode can significantly reduce inventory cost of each member,the model's practicality and feasibility are validated.
