Research On Selection Of Assembly Type Prefabricated Concrete Suppliers Based On Strategic Purchasing

The development of the assembly type construction industry brings new opportunities to the domestic construction industry,and also puts forward new requirements for the construction enterprises.How to select the prefabricated suppliers scientifically and effectively is related to the successful implementation of the whole assembly type construction project.At the same time,with the rapid development of the assembly construction market,the project schedule and construction cost are higher demanded for,and the traditional mode of procurement has been unable to meet the new situation of construction enterprises to reduce the total cost of engineering requirements.If the construction enterprises and suppliers only simple trading relations,may affect the supply efficiency of prefabricated parts,thus making the market opportunities fleeting.Both sides from the strategic procurement point of view,and the establishment of a stable strategic cooperative relations,will help reduce the total cost,improve construction efficiency,and seize the construction market,which can win development opportunitiesThe selection of prefabricated concrete suppliers is a systematic work which involves the joint participation of various departments,such as planning,purchasing,logistics,production,etc.,and the subjective choice of only one department or individual is obviously not scientific enough.Therefore,in the choice of the actual process,usually by the Department staff team,select the appropriate index,and on the basis of the evaluation index,to evaluate and choose the potential supplier,its essence is a multiple attribute decision making problem.This paper construct selection index system for prefabricated concrete suppliers based on strategic purchasing,which based on literature research and practical research on the practical problems in J construction company need to choose the precast suppliers from the perspective of strategic sourcing as a starting point,combined with the characteristics of strategic sourcing and supplier selection of its influence.The index system is divided into four levels-product competitiveness,supplier internal competitiveness,supplier potential and long-term cooperation support,and each criterion layer contains specific indicators.Then,starting from the current supplier selection method,the advantages and disadvantages of different supplier selection methods in the selection process are analyzed,at the same time,combined with the characteristics of the index system,the G1-method,the coefficient of variation method and the decision model based on the improved TOPSIS method are finally constructed to calculate the ordering of suppliers.Finally,the paper constructs the decision model applied to J company in the selection of prefabricated concrete strategic suppliers,and the practicability of the model is verified.The research results of this paper can serve as a reference and reference for the development of supplier selection and the effective implementation of strategic purchasing in our country.
