Study For Air Material Supplier Selection Under Supply Chain

With the increase of the aircraft fleet scale, the requirements of air material are growing sharply. Making partnership with excellent air material suppliers have become important option of airlines for enhancing competitiveness.Air material supplier under supply chain as the research object, the study of suppliers' selection is expanded follows the line of “supplier analysis--index system' construction--evaluation method' selection-- example application”.The structural model of air material chain is given based on the characteristics of repair. Differences between the partnership of supplier and traditional relationship are analyzed from some aspect such as selection criteria, their relations, target and so on. The characteristics of supplier selection under the supply chain are analyzed.Air material suppliers are divided into the main supplier, the secondary supplier, the service provider, and the distributor. The evaluation index system is established for the service provider.The characteristics of popular evaluation methods are summarized. Defects such as computational complexity of standard decision matrix, subjectivity in the determination of weight and rank reversal are modified. And the modified method is adopted for supplier selection and evaluation.System software of supplier selection is developed. Five candidates are verified using the software.
