In order to improve the efficiency and enhance the efficiency of the department about township government,and in order to arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff.Through investigation for anzi town,based on the basic situation of human resources,education,character,position and so on.I will search problems about influencing factors of Person—Job and organization management.I apply person and post calculation,matching stability theory to analysis data.I research direction.I propose improvement measures about organization management.In order to arrange the right personnel on the right position to improve the efficiency of public administration.Person and post calculation model apply to internal staff to play a good place.It set the index value of the job demand factor.According to the performance of personnel,it analysis of the performance indicators of each factor.By calculation about transverse matching degree and section matching degree,we obtained results abut each occupant and post.Through deployment,it can develop personal strengths,enthusiasm and promote organization operation well.Matching stability theory model applicable to the management of internal stability.There is a two-way choice between employees and organizations.It can maintain the stability of the organizational environment.We collect requirements for each position and employer's Job preference ranking.According to matching stability theory,we apply two way choice rule to make different rules,that we can get different matching results.There are also important differences between the posts within the organization.The more important job setting the more stringent conditions,enough candidates,more choice,it can be easy to promote talent in the staff.It also can encourage poor people to study hard,raise level and continuous progress.Under the mechanism of bidirectional selection,it can promote the optimal allocation of human resources.Each individual is constantly learning and changing.The position also needs the higher skilled personnel with the change of the organizational environment.Candidates need to continue to learn to add their own.Managers also need to keep an eye on changes in jobs and personnel growth,Managers must improve the management configuration in the continuous dynamic adjustment.It can promote organizational stability and development better and better.
