With the gradual development of modern urban tourism tide,urban tourism as a more convenient way of travel,much of the people’s favorite.Historical and cultural blocks as the city’s historical image of the business card,is an important position in the development of urban tourism occupies,at the same time,in the process of tourism development in the process of historical protection and inheritance issues have been highly concerned about.The development of tourism in historical and cultural streets is very necessary under the impetus of the rapid development of economy,which leads to the coupling and coordination between the protection of historical blocks and the development of urban tourism.At present,there are many researches on the interaction between the protection of historical blocks and the development of urban tourism.The study of protection and tourism is more and more.In the process of actual tourism development,there are many phenomena such as excessive tourism development or lack of tourism in many historical and cultural streets,Leading to historical street cultural value is not enough,visitors experience a poor tourist experience.This study will take the cultural protection and inheritance of historical district as an important prerequisite for the development of neighborhood tourism,so as to discuss the problem of coupling coordination between district cultural protection and tourism development.First of all,the paper starts from the background of the historical and cultural streets of the main city and the main city of Chongqing,and leads the research topic and clarifies the research purpose and significance of the paper.Secondly,on the basis of this,this paper summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign research theories and practical experiences on the relationship between cultural protection and tourism development in historical district.Most of the current research is based on the protection of historical and cultural neighborhoods.Neighborhood tourism image design,tourist experience perspective,in the process of research emphasis on a particular aspect,less involved in the relationship between the two;in the study of the relationship between the two,There are few studies on the use of quantitative methods for the history cultural blocks through the physical and mathematical statistics.Based on this state,this study analyzes the current situation of tourism development in the historical and cultural streets of Chongqing,and constructs the coupling and evaluation index system of the relationship between the two.Then,the author uses the method of physics and statistics to construct the evaluation model of the coupling coordination degree of the two relations,and makes a quantitative evaluation of the cultural protection and the degree of urban tourism development in the historical district,and finally puts forward the countermeasures for the protection of the historical district and the development of the urban tourism Coupled control strategy.The main ideas of this study are "basic principle-status analysis-measure construction-empirical research and analysis of results-regulation strategy".Using the general "questioning,problem solving,problem solving" thinking model,that is,"why the study of the coupling between the two coordination problem"-"how to study the coupling between the two coordination problem"-"how to optimize the two Coupling problem".Finally,this study is based on the problem-oriented,through the comparative analysis of the coupling coordination of the measurement results,summed up the impact of the main causes of the problem,refined into each evaluation index.In order to solve the problem of feedback,the author puts forward six optimization strategies: clear the basis of street tourism development,re-cognition of historical and cultural resources,control the degree of economic development and commercial format,coordinate the development of historical space and modern space,enhance the type of tourism service facilities,Participation and cultural propaganda,in order to further optimize the coupling between the two to provide the basis for the relationship.
