Research On Supply Chain Management Of Small And Medium Petrochemical Enterprises Based On S&OP

Petrochemical industry as a pillar industry of the national economy,with the measures of China's market opening policy implementation,more and more social capital into the field,it also makes the field has become more competitive.Through the establishment of continuous technological innovation and quality management system,the gap between the competition between enterprises is more and more small,in 90 s of last century,people gradually realize the supply chain management has become a necessary way to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the petrochemical supply chain management and the existing problems,to promote the study of the feasibility and significance of supply chain management.Through the introduction of S&OP,and based on the actual operation of the small and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises(petrochemical SMEs)of the supply chain,combined with the sales forecast and market analysis,analysis of S&OP applied to the ideas and methods of petrochemical SMEs and make the enterprise through the S&OP process,coordination of internal and external relations,maintain the advantage in the fierce market competition.This paper introduces the process of S&OP for petrochemical SMEs to do a systematic combing,focus on the design of a reference to the introduction of the program,to guide the practice of enterprises.After the introduction of S&OP into the petrochemical SMEs,the problems that may arise are analyzed and solved,and the application prospects of S&OP based supply chain management are expounded.S&OP should be the first choice for petrochemical SMEs to enhance the level of supply chain management,its wide range of applications,this paper will provide the possible help for the application of S&OP process in petrochemical SMEs.
