Plastic woven bag,polypropylene(PP),polyethylene(PE)resin and other raw materials through the wire drawing machine and other equipment processing yarn,by a circular loom,and then processed into bag products.At present,in our country's economy and life,plastic woven bag is an important packaging material,in various industries products and materials of the packaging have been widely used.With the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology,there are many opportunities for sustainable development of plastic industry.In the market economy constantly updated,Plastic-weaving industry development in increasing mutual competitiveness gradually increased,woven enterprises how to develop marketing strategy has become an urgent problem.The TZ City Zhengchang plastic company as the research object,combined with status of development and operation of plastic industry at home and abroad,competition environment analysis and SWOT analysis to the present situation,the analysis conclusion to 4P theory as the core to make a scientific,with development of marketing strategy,in order for the further development of TZ City Zhengchang plastic company to provide theoretical support and practical guidance.This paper consists of six parts: the first part introduces the main tasks and objectives of the study in the first part of the five chapters.The second part of TZ City Zhengchang plastic company status analysis,in the third part,the problems of the existence of TZ City Zhengchang plastic company marketing was analyzed.The fourth part mainly is to take the customer as the core,we from the combination of internal and external marketing,proposed construction of whole process management,effective service support and other aspects of innovation.The fifth part is the establishment of the system of the marketing system.The sixth part is the marketing strategy of TZ Company for the benefit of Zhengchang and future development direction are summarized.
