Research On Supply Chain Social Responsibility Based On Wholesale Price Contract

Now if an enterprise pursue its own economic interests and neglect the social responsibility,it will not be able to achieve the maximum profit.Enterprises are no longer isolated,more and more business dealings between enterprises,and gradually formed a network structure of the supply chain.In reality,for the enterprises in the supply chain,some enterprises have a strong bargaining power,and some enterprises bargaining power is weak,so the influence in the supply chain are different.Study on social responsibility is based on the wholesale price contract,considering a supply chain including single supplier and single retailer.We consider the supplier has a strong bargaining power.We find the equilibrium under different responsibility holder The transfer payment coordinate the supply chain and improve revenue under asymmetric demand information.Moreover,we get what the supplier will do under asymmetric cost information.The results show that the responsibility holder will make the other take the cost of CSR.The retailers as the responsibility holder have no motivation share the cost of social responsibility together with supplier supplier.The transfer payment coordinate the supply chain and improve revenue under asymmetric demand information.The retailer as the responsibility holder or no responsibility holder,the supplier will not lie about the cost of production under asymmetric cost information.
