| Along with the retailer-lead supply chains the rise popular in global, how to coordinate such a supply chain has become urgent global issues. Supply chain contract plays an important role in the supply chain leading supplier coordination, supply chain coordination often used in the retail supply chain-oriented as a way in practice, whether there are some forms of supply chain contracts can achieve supply chain coordination.In this paper the research analysis the current situation of related problem, extract the framework of this paper which will study deeply in the problem. Choose this subject for further discussion to the problems of supply chain contract. Papers analyzed the model of important of common wholesale price contract, the wholesale price contract is dominated by the retailer and supplier of wholesale price contract for the joint, and analyzes the reason why simple wholesale price contract can not achieve coordination.In the supply chain management, the research about supply chain contract is very important.Under decentralized decision making in order to motivate suppliers to provide product production quality level achieved under centralized decision making products quality level, elastic wholesale price contract is proposed, to ensure product quality,Retailers increase the wholesale price to the pursuit of long-term cooperation with suppliers. Besides,stackelberg theory is used focused on the secondary supply chain, which the retailer is located in the leading position, elastic wholesale price contract model for research. In the model, we consider centralized control, then consider decentralized control situation, and will compare the two hands, then concluded that the elastic wholesale price contract can realize supply chain coordination under corresponding conditions. And we will get the solution of the optimal coordination strategy and the methods of how to determine the optimal parameters.It provide an operational method for international supply chain coordination. |
