Countermeasure Research On Narrowing The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents In China Under The New Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developed rapidly,and the urbanization rate has risen year by year.But the urban-rural income gap is increasing,so the fairness of income distribution has been paid more and more attention.How to maintain the rapid development of urbanization process while taking into account the urban-rural income gap has become a problem.The emergence of a new urbanization path with Chinese characteristics has brought hope to solve this problem.At the party's 16 th National Congress,the new urbanization was proposed.And now it has formed a systematic theory.The new urbanization is based on the people's livelihood,sustainable development and quality,with the pursuit of equality,happiness,transformation,green,health and intensive.The new urbanization aims to achieve regional co-ordination and coordination,industrial upgrading and low-carbon transformation,ecological civilization and Intensive and efficient,institutional reform and institutional innovation.The core of the new urbanization is people-oriented,and it advocates environmental protection and resource conservation.The new urbanization aims to promote the sustainable development of economy,politics and society,urban and rural common development,and common prosperity.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic.And then it summarizes the relationship between the new urbanization and the urban-rural income gap on reference of domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,on the basis of the relationship between the new and the traditional urbanization,this paper analyzes the relationship between the urban-rural income gap and the new urbanization from the aspects of industrial structure,land system,household registration system,social welfare,income distribution and public goods.Thirdly,this paper describes the development process and current situation of the urbanization and the urban-rural income gap of Yantai.Then,combined with the above theory,it analyzes the influence of Yantai's new urbanization on the urban-rural income gap by using the relevant data of Yantai.Finally,on the basis of the conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to narrow the urban-rural income gap of Yantai in the new urbanization.
