Study On The Evaluation Of Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Based On Spatial And Temporal Variation In Guangzhou

Guangzhou is the most prosperous and economically developed city in the Pearl River Delta,but in recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the rapid increase of population,the contradiction between the limited land supply and the unlimited land demand has become more and more serious.Land is the material basis for human to carry out all activities,not only is the most basic means of production of human labor and the most important object,is also an important carrier of city's survival and development.This paper based on the study of the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in Guangzhou city to provide decision-making basis for the establishment of land city planning,regulation and policy in the district of Guangzhou,in order to satisfied the sustainable economic and social development of the city population,resources and environment requirementsThis paper selected the 1996-2014 interval in nearly 20 years,summarized and reviewed the adjustment of administrative divisions in Guangzhou city before(including Huangpu district and Luogang District),development of comprehensive land carrying capacity in 12 district of Guangzhou city.It is a systematic combing of the results of land use development in Guangzhou in the past,which has important practical significance.This paper is divided into the following sections: Firstly,reviews the related research on the theory and method of land force bearing,summarized the problems of land use in Guangzhou city;Secondly,using totally 30 representative indicator as the indicator layer and constructed the evaluation model of land comprehensive carrying capacity in Guangzhou;Thirdly,taking Guangzhou city as an example,using “improved entropy method with multi-objective linear weighted summation function” to analysis the time variation of the land comprehensive carrying capacity in Guangzhou;Based on a spatial perspective,using Arcgis to visualize spatial expression to further analyzed the spatial difference of different interval range of land comprehensive carrying capacity in Guangzhou area.Finally,the obstacle diagnosis model is used to explore the main obstacles that affect the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in each district of Guangzhou,making pointed references to puts forward some measures to optimized the land comprehensive carrying capacity in each district of Guangzhou.The research shows that the overall carrying capacity of the whole land in Guangzhou is within the range of carrying capacity,there is a surplus of space.During the period of 1996-2014,the comprehensive carrying capacity index of Guangzhou showed a "U" trend,and the bearing capacity index of each district in Guangzhou showed a downward trend,"development of population production,land carrying land ecological environment carrying" is the greatest contribution;In terms of spatial differences,land comprehensive carrying capacity showing "highest in the north,south high,low in the central".The obstacle degree model results show that there are 13 main obstacles restrict Guangzhou to enhance land comprehensive carrying capacity,which all belong to the development of land population and the subsystem of land ecological environment.Finally,for the high and higher bearing capacity area to upgraded industries,speed up the pace of economic and social development;another,for the middle and low bearing capacity region to protect the ecological environment and split-flow population appropriately to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of land.
