| The core competitiveness of modern enterprise increasingly depends on the staff’s personal ability and work efficiency,however,with the improvement in the education level of employees in modern enterprises,the proportion of knowledge workers is increasing,they are all pay more attention to the realization of self-worth and improve self ability,so enterprises in the future is no longer just rely on the mandatory rules and regulations can constraint behavior of employees,to ensure that the organization continued stable development;it also can’t just rely on increasing salary,benefits etc.material rewards to enhance the staffs job involvement and satisfaction,and reduce staff turnover rate.On the one hand,in the era of knowledge economy,the enterprise should pay more attention to people-oriented,with the help of the organization and manager,creating environment for the development of employees’ autonomy,initiative and responsibility etc.,and cultivating more staff has self leadership skills,such there are more likely to enhance the overall performance of the organization;on the other hand,corporate culture covers the behavioral norms and business philosophy of the entire enterprise,it is not through the adoption of compulsory means to make the staff strictly abide by the rules and regulations,but through continued influence and guidance for employees to let employees producing a self-discipline,it pays attention to the development of the independent consciousness and initiative of employees.Therefore,corporate culture has become an important means for modern enterprise to condensation and guide employees,let them dedicate to organization.Organization in foreign countries has been applied self-leadership in many aspects of management,reflect the huge application value of self leadership,however,relative to the abroad,the research in domestic is still in its infancy,research on the effects of corporate culture to employees self-leadership is rare.Therefore,carrying out the in-depth study on corporate culture and self-leadership has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of corporate culture to self-leadership,namely,what is the effect of different types of corporate culture to self-leadership and the impact of each dimension,and puts forward some corresponding management advice,so as to provide the theoretical reference to improve the staffs self-leadership from the aspects of corporate culture for domestic enterprises.Firstly,on the basis of reading literatures about corporate culture and self-leadership,the article analyzes the important role of corporate culture for organization,as well as scholars and enterprise managers in domestic and overseas to the attention of the corporate culture;Secondly,it summarizes the research status of self-leadership,and put forward the research method of self-leadership from the perspective of corporate culture;Again,On the basis of summarizing the related research at home and abroad,including corporate culture,employee self-leadership and the influence of corporate culture on employees etc.,and then analyzing the causal relationship between them and constructing theoretical model and research assumptions for the impact of corporate culture on self-leadership;Then,use the previous designed questionnaires which meet the study purpose,choosing 247 different individual characteristics and industry enterprise employees from Henan provinces and regions in Chongqing as the research object,collecting data,in order to prepare data for empirical research.This paper analyzes the date collecting from the questionnaire by SPSS23.0 and AMOS21.0,analyzing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire at first;Then carrying on descriptive statistical analysis to learn the basic information of respondents and the present situation of the corporate culture and employees self-leadership;Again,make correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the influence of the relationship between corporate culture and self-leadership,and testing the hypotheses in the end.Through the empirical research,this paper has the following conclusions:Firstly,corporate culture has significant positive impact on staff’s self-leadership;Secondly,different corporate culture has different influence on staff’s self-leadership:team corporate culture,adhocracy corporate culture and market corporate culture all have significant positive influences on employees self-leadership,and the influence degree are different,but hierarchical organization culture has no significant impact on employees self-leadership;Thirdly,different corporate culture has different influence on three dimensions of staff’s self-leadership:team organization culture and adhocracy corporate culture all have significant positive influence on three dimensions of self-leadership,and the influence degree are also different,but market corporate culture only has a positive influence on self-leadership’s reward strategy dimension.In the end,this paper explains the result of the empirical research,and puts forward some management suggestions:(1)The modern enterprise should build corporate culture according to the development of enterprise and individual;(2)The modern enterprise should pay more attention on building team organization culture;(3)Enterprises with different types of corporate culture should adopt different management methods. |
