In general,state-owned grain enterprises can be divided into three forms: buying and selling companies(trading companies or operating companies),grain depots and grain stations.State-owned grain enterprises bear the national strategic reserve task,in addition to buying and selling companies,the national policy requires grain depots or grain stations can only reserve policy grain and oil,prohibit participation in market operations,resulting in grain depots or grain stations without financial subsidies.Therefore,the integration of state-owned grain enterprises reform is particularly important.Quanzhou as a typical food distribution area,food production capacity is very low,the basic supply of food to rely on foreign imports or imports,food security is particularly prominent.Among them,as a commitment to grain reserves and production and marketing collaboration of state-owned grain enterprises,for the region's food security plays a vital role.This paper first briefly introduces the historical evolution of the grain circulation system,expounds the management changes brought by the grain circulation system reform to the state-owned grain enterprises,and the influence on the talent structure and talent selection of the state-owned grain enterprises.Then,it summarizes and summarizes the domestic theories about the recruitment of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward the main problems of talent selection in state-owned grain enterprises,combining with their research results.Based on the current situation of state-owned grain enterprises in Quanzhou,this paper compares the talent data of state-owned grain enterprises in Quanzhou from 2010 to 2014,and analyzes the changes and status quo of talented enterprises in state-owned grain enterprises in Quanzhou.On this basis,it is suggested that the difficulties and problems in the selection of talented enterprises in state-owned grain enterprises in Quanzhou still exist,and the market selection is embarrassing.The state-owned grain enterprises are becoming weaker,the attractiveness of talents is insufficient and the recruitment system is not scientific Wait.In order to solve the above problems,this paper,based on the relevant theories of the domestic,selects the two counties(cities,districts)of NA and FZ from the particularity of the state-owned grain enterprises,and selects the enterprises from the enterprise,the enterprise talent management system,the enterprise managers Quality of three aspects of the reform of state-owned grain enterprises.The article argues that for the state-owned grain enterprises in Quanzhou,only the "one county and one enterprise" reform and the independent legal person who abolish the grain depot or the grain station can realize the better for the state-owned grain enterprise in Quanzhou.Talent selection environment.Based on this,the article based on the actual situation of Quanzhou City grain industry and the purchase and sale of the company,through in-depth excavation analysis,based on the enterprise itself,targeted to solve the problem and recommendations: Speed up the integration of reform,improve economic efficiency;do a good job buying and selling company talent planning and job analysis;strengthen training,building talent pool;through new media,to expand the external talent pool;optimize the process of talent selection process management.
