Agricultural product enterprises in the implementation of the enterprise cultural marketing refers to the marketing of agricultural products,to the enterprise culture as the fundamental values of some business characteristics after long time exploration,excavation,cultivation and precipitation,establishment of an enterprise employees and the target market buyers agree to cultural idea.To establish a good corporate image,this implementation to improve sales based on the purpose of the enterprise culture to sales of agricultural products,is a bold and innovative marketing mode.Enterprise culture refers to the enterprise sales in its core under the guidance of the concept,to establish the concept of culture as the center of the value chain in the enterprise scope,namely the requirements of the marketing activities of enterprises must be carried out in the core of marketing value,through the enterprise core values to attract buyers to the culture of the heart needs to enhance its focus on the product,so as to guide the consumer groups to purchase behavior,in order to achieve the promotion of enterprise culture marketing.Corporate culture marketing has four characteristics: systematic,hierarchical,interactive and regional.Based on the product culture marketing as the core content,the brand marketing as the actual carrier,through the enterprise core management view as the foundation of the cultural marketing,the essence is the enterprise culture communication and the agricultural product marketing practice unifies.Through the practical application of cultural marketing,enterprises will enhance the overall development advantages of agricultural products enterprises,improve the domestic and international marketing capabilities of agricultural products enterprises,and enhance the advantages of the brand culture of agricultural products enterprises.Enterprise culture marketing is the trend of agricultural products marketing.There are many advantages in the development model of the EU and Japan,which is the essence of our country.It provides a wealth of experience to promote the development ofChina's agricultural products in the field of cultural marketing.Sales of agricultural products of our country reform started late,which inevitably leads to China's agricultural products marketing strategy,single brand concept is not strong,marketing activities will equal to the nominal as well as cultural marketing advertising and marketing and other issues,this article according to the above problems,put forward some corresponding solutions.These solutions include: the agricultural products marketing enterprise culture as a long-term policy,pay attention to the quality of agricultural products to ensure the quality and safety supervision,establish brand image and improve the recognition of buyers of agricultural products in China,agricultural products to strengthen brand communication and protection,strengthen agricultural product enterprise culture marketing subject and optimize the market operating conditions.
