The research of corporate culture started in1980’s, which was related to the enterprise competition between in Japan and the United States. The rapid development of Japanese economy after World War Ⅱ, causing reflection by enterprises and academics in the US, so as to promote the rise of the corporate culture research. Practices show that the construction of corporate culture contributes to improve the enterprise internal environment, enhance operating and labor efficiency, and increase enterprise revenue and outputs, which plays a significant role in promote healthy development of the enterprises.This paper is based on the state-owned enterprises JQ Company as the research objective. First of all, it states the research background of enterprises culture, the purpose of the study and research methods. Secondly, it introduces the relevant theories of corporate culture including research status, definition, connotation, characteristic, effects and relationship between the enterprise developments. Thirdly, it mainly presents the basic situation of the JQ Company and the form of process and content about JQ Company’s corporate culture. Fourthly, combining with the status quo of JQ Company, it analyzes the construction problems of corporate culture and influencing factors existing in the internal and external development environment. In the last place, it puts forward countermeasures for promoting JQ Company corporate culture. The concrete measures include setting up the core idea on mental culture, expanding the communication pathways in behavior culture, improving mechanism structure in system culture and accelerating the upgrade of hardware in material culture. In order to ensure the implementation of these measures, this paper also studies security system of corporate culture implementation for JQ Company. It analyzes the main transmission channel and safeguard measures for corporate culture to ensure relevant countermeasures for promoting practical and operational.Through the study of this paper, it has a certain reference and significant guidance for agricultural circulation industry in China, or for the enterprises, which have as the same internal and external development environment as JQ Company. Finally, this paper discusses the research problems to further analyze, refine and solve in the future practice process.
