Study On The Development Model Of Yantai Grape Wine Base

With the improvement of the people’s living standards and quality ontinuously,t he drinking habits of people are gradually changing,the demand of grape wine is also increasing.But at present,compared with foreign developed countries,the number of Chinese per capita consumption of wine is still less,despite the market impact of impo rted wine brands,there is still a lot of room for development in our wine market.Yant ai is one of the main producing areas of brewing grape wine in China,the people have begun to plant grapes to brew grape wine in one hundred years ago,so far,as the large st wine production base,Yantai’s grape growing area has reached 100,000 mu.In this paper,Yantai Changyu Brewery Company is used as an example to study the wine gra pe base in Yantai area.Firstly,the related development history of wine and wine brew ing base is introduced,and expounds the relevant theories of domestic and foreign sch olars..Then,based on the field investigation,statistical analysis and comprehensive co mparison research method,to do a lot of wine and wine grape base market research an d analysis,points out the problems existing in the development of wine grape base,an d combining with the actual natural conditions and human conditions of Yantai area,p ut forward the current wine grape base in Yantai area of four different development pa ttern,and has made the detailed analysis to it..In order to carry out large-scale product ion and promote the new technical methods successfully,this paper gives the develop ment strategy of large-scale and intensive cultivation based on the development of Ch angyu Brewery Company’s wine grape base so that farmers and enterprises could achi eve a win-win situation,and puts forward a new development model of wine grape bas e based on the scale benefit of planting wine grape,that is a production and marketing consortium combined with production and research,and the new model could reduce t he cost of wine grape cultivation and improve the competitiveness of wine raw materi als.This study has some reference for adjusting the agricultural industry structure of Yantai and promoting the economic development of Yantai,and it also has some enlig htenment significance to other wine grape cultivation bases in China.
