The Research Of Guangzhou's Scientific And Technological Insurance Development

A new round of global technological revolution and industrial revolution poised to increasingly fierce competition between countries.In order to meet the new challenge of technological competition,China put forward the innovation-driven development strategy,strive to develop high-tech industries,but the process of technological innovation is full of high-risk,and insurance is the best choice of high-tech risk diversification.Therefore,state government departments have issued a series of policy measures to carry out the pilot work of science and technology insurance at 2006,in order to support the development of national policy.In 2013,for the construction of the pearl river delta high tech industry innovational center,the Guangzhou office pilot insurance,continues to explore the development path of science and technological insurance.After three years of development,the pilot has achieved certain results.Firstly,this paper discusses in detail the related theories of scientific risk,technological insurance,provide the theoretical basis for this paper;secondly,through the analysis of the development status and effect of Guangzhou science and technology insurance pilot,analysis the problems and reasons of the development of science and technology insurance in Guangzhou;thirdly,using game theory to analyze the participation of science and technology insurance in Guangzhou City,and the different strategies of the people in the game are selected.;finally,based on game analysis conclusions,from government departments,insurance companies,technology companies,third-party organizations in four different angle to speed up the development of Guangzhou Municipal Science and technology insurance are proposed.
