In today's society, the competition is unusual intense, In the final analysis, the competition among enterprises and enterprises is competition of human resources, strengthen management of human resources of enterprises and improve the value of human resources are among important ways, with them enterprises get competitive advantages, and also are the key to enhance the positivity and creativity of workers. Before mentioned factors allied with performance management in the management of human resources, as important tool for increase of performance of enterprises and workers, the performance appraisal grows in importance, it's ground work of management of human resources. To the question of company H in the process of performance management, purpose of this article is design a practicable project of performance appraisal for promotion increase of total management level of company H and improve its competitive power.This article is divided to six chapters, the first chapter stated background, mind and method of this article. The second chapter comprehensively narrated related notion, theory and method, that relatives to performance appraisal. The third chapter firstly briefly introduced the company H, and then provided the analysis on major management problems of company H, finality provided detailed analysis on existent problems in the performance management of company H. To the problems of performance management, the fourth chapter utilized related theories of performance management, held together the facts of company H, adopted key performance inndicator method(KPI), designed appraisal index and weight of different levels staff. This part is core content of the article. The fifth chapter stated some feels in the process of design and use this performance method, i.e. necessary safeguards for valid operation of plan performance appraisal. The sixth chapter is conclusion.This article used method, that combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, held together facts of enterprises, on the basis of total mind—making problems, analysis problems and solving problem. The appraisal project has very great practicability and operability.
