E-commerce is the use of network,communications,telephone and other electronic tools to carry out space-time business activities.E-commerce was born in the 20 th century,60 years,grew up in the 20 th century,90 years,to 2000 has been swept the world,many countries have developed a national level of e-commerce strategy.China e-commerce began in 1997,the rapid development of sales in 2014 has exceeded the United States.Domestic e-commerce enterprises in the joy of good opportunities for development at the same time,is also facing a fierce competitive environment,the survival and development of enterprises are facing important challenges.HFD company is a community e-commerce business,in the past 10 years of business development process has accumulated a certain brand and corporate image,but the O2 O mode involved in community electricity supplier only two years’ time,the problem is very prominent,Must be carried out from a strategic perspective.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of HFD Company,with its recent development strategy development and selection as the core,to explore the appropriate strategic program.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper investigates the status quo of the company’s strategic management based on introducing the basic situation of HFD Company,and analyzes the external environment and the industry environment by using PEST analysis tool and five-force model analysis tool.The analysis framework evaluates the company’s internal resource capabilities;then,analyzes its external market opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses,and SWOT analysis of alternative development strategies.Based on the previous analysis,combined with HFD’s strategic objectives and strategic positioning,through the qualitative analysis of the alternative strategic plan and QSPM matrix quantitative analysis to determine the company should take the current market penetration strategy and product development strategy,strategy Alliance and vertical integration strategy,supplemented by the combination of development strategies.Then,on the implementation of the strategy of the company’s leadership,stage tasks and implementation,one by one put forward operational recommendations.Finally,it discusses the problems of corporate governance,team building,system and funds,and provides the guarantee for the implementation of HFD Company’s development strategy.The purpose of this paper is to help HFD Company to reposition its development strategy and solve the problems in the development of community O2O business.At the same time,alsohope to be engaged in other O2O e-commerce enterprises.
