ZXF company is a manufacturer of fire equipment,effects of fire prevention whose product can provide are deeply influenced by its product quality.Not only did this fierce competition in the market make more stringent requirements to the development of fire safety enterprises,but it also made their own problems more apparent.ZXF company developed some perfect brands and well corporate images after years of operating process,but meanwhile,there have been some problems.So it requires and is eager to make some deep investigations from the perspective of strategic management.Thus,focusing on the formulation and selection of the recent development strategy of the company,this research expects to put forward a more appropriate strategic programs.Based on relevant research results on strategic management,this paper will take advantage of PEST analysis tools,five forces model analysis tools and value chain analysis framework to take insight into the company's opportunities and threats in external market,and strengths and weaknesses of internal resource capacity.And based on these opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses,the SWOT analysis matrix was used to formulate five alternative development strategies suitable for the company.Finally,by means of QSPM matrix,the five alternative strategies were evaluated quantitatively to make the advice for company's current development strategy.We should concentrate superior resources to implement product development and market development strategy in priority,supplemented by integration strategy,centralized pluralism strategy and exit strategy,in order to strive to achieve a good alignment between the external environment and the development of the company,and to ultimately achieve the company's long-term strategic goals.To ensure the implementation of this strategic objective,it's suggested ZXF company should do very well in the following aspects:reasonably allocating the internal resources,insisting on the development of technological innovation,improving the overall competences of all employees,and strengthening the company's marketing capabilities.This article is designed to help ZXF company to reposition the development strategic,solving problems in the process of operating.We also hope to provide some help to other companies in this industry.
