With the rapid development of economic globalization, our country has become the world's biggest producer and exporter of zipper industry. And, the zipper industry has accumulated a lot of technology, personnel, etc. But, the zipper products are mainly concentrated in the low-end market. With the growing competition in the industry, the zipper manufacturing enterprises need to focus on the company's core competitiveness. Especially,they should pay attention to salary management, to retain more talents for the enterprise.However,like other zipper enterprises, the salary management of SYZ company is very different from modern enterprise salary management, especially the enterprises have not pay much more attention to middle managers, and the poor motivation of salary, Inadequate performance system constraints. Therefore, how to optimize the existing middle manager compensation system, it has become an urgent problem in the development of SYZ company.Based on this, the paper firstly summaries the connotation of salary, theory of salary incentive, factors of influencing salary, features of middle management, etc. Secondly, with the analysis of the present situation of fundamental state and the middle managers of SYZ company,it analyses the current situation of salary incentive of middle management. Also,it puts forward the problems that exist in the salary system. Thirdly, through the post evaluation,it carries out the positioning analysis of the salary level of middle management. And, it matches the the work performance, work ability, work attitude and the performance salary.Then, it confirms the the salary level among the middle management of operating department and functional department. Finally, from the organization design, salary system construction of middle managers, relevant system construction, it puts forward the safeguard of optimization scheme of salary system of middle management.To optimize the salary system of middle management of SYZ company, this paper improves the incentive effect of the company to middle management, which provides a reference for other enterprise. On the other hand, it complements the compensation incentive theory. It has important practical and theoretical significance.
