A Research On The Sustainable Development Of Tourism Economy Based On RMPP-AHP Analysis

The tourism industry has become one of the main pillar industries of China's economic growth after years of development.At the same time,the drawbacks of traditional tourism exploitation in China have become increasingly prominent,specifically in the predatory exploitation of tourism resources,the extensive management of tourism and other aspects.The author has carried out field investigation and study in the Shuanglang Town,and has visited the local residents,operators and tourists as well as the relevant management departments to understand the current situation of tourism economy development in Shuanglang Town Town.Based on the theory of sustainable development,Tourism Destination Life Cycle Theory and Stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,by using the analysis method of the combination of RMPP analysis and AHP analysis to analyze the factors that affect the sustainable development of tourism economy and sort the weighs.This paper discusses the key factors and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the characteristics of the development of the Shuanglang Town itself,and explores its sustainable development model,hoping to give some positive inspiration to the healthy and sustainable development of the tourism economy in the region and provide theoretical support for development for the same type of tourism.At present,there are several common misconceptions in China's tourism development which seriously affecting the sustainable development of China's tourism economy.The typical several concepts are: "tourism,a smoke-free industry,will not cause serious pollution to the environment",“Tourism can ahead of development","tourism is low input,high output labor-intensive industries" and so on.Many failed cases alert us: as an industry,the tourism industry will produce a variety of waste andalso cause serious environmental pollution;as a complex industry,the development of tourism should also be based on the coordinated development of various parts,but can not blindly pursue the development;The tourism resources,especially the consumption of environmental resources,is also part of the cost of tourism products;tourism development is not only associated with the interests of investors,developers and operators,but also directly related to the local residents and the interests of the manager.To achieve sustainable development,the key point is to update the concept,establish protection-dominated and development-subordinated awareness to enhance the sense of social responsibility.Finding the key influencing factors of its development,establish a sound management system and development model is of great theoretical and practical significance to standardize the sustainable utilization of tourism resources and develop tourism circular economy.Shuanglang Town of Dali,in Yunnan Province,is located in the Dali National Scenic Area,The northeast coast of Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake,is a coastal villages and towns with unique natural landscapes,rich cultural attractions,strong country customs and white residential buildings gathered.In recent years,with the deep exploitation in Dali tourism,the tourism industry of Shuanglang Town town also embraces a new development opportunity.Most people yearn for the rich and unique national characteristics of the tourism resources in Shuanglang Town,which shows great potential for development.Shuanglang Town has attracted a large number of travel enthusiasts come here because of its increasingly soared popularity.However,there have been a series of problems.Now the face of tourists "blowout" type of influx,the "sea view room" demand continues to grow,the township has been set off a round after round of the construction of the climax of the building,the rapid expansion of the construction of the original rural pattern caused destruction of the modernization needs of tourists reflect the local infrastructure construction lag,increasing business activities to break the town of calm,many natural landscapes have been destroyed,the original residence of the Bai residential destruction,the traditional folk customs have been hit by the new culture.The traditional culture Is gradually disappearing,the lack of scientific and complete management system and development strategy to make the sustainable development of double-tourism tourism worries us.In view of the fragility and scarcity of tourism resources in Dali,we are required to transform the original extensive and purely pursuit of growth rate and economic benefit into the pursuit of sustainable use of resources and comprehensive development of economy,culture and environment The pattern.So,how to build a scientific management system and development model,which makes the development and protection in parallel and coordinates of the interests of various stakeholders,making Shuanglang Town of Dali scenic spots continue to exist and keep attracting.This is a significant issue in Dali to which must be paid attention,in order to achieve the sustainable development of tourism economy.
