Today, the economic globalization situation is increasingly grim, team has become one of the necessary forms of organization at work.How to make the team effectiveness in the best way, is one of the issues that scholars continue to explore.While in the factors to effect team effectiveness, team psychological safety has been more and more important.Team psychological safety can promote team effectiveness, but how is the team psychological safety to influence team effectiveness, and the relationship between them is clear and complex.This study draws on researches on team psychological safety by scholars at home and abroad, It uses the four dimensions of team psychological safety to analyze in detail that how team psychological safety influences on team effectiveness, based on272samples, with both the literature analysis method, and the questionnaire investigation method,and combined with data processing in SPSS, the paper has discussed the relationship between four dimensions of team psychological safety and team effectiveness, and it introduced the variable of leadership, transformational leadership and transactional leadership,which play a role of moderating team psychological safety and team effectiveness, the conclusions are as follows:First, team psychological safety has significantly positive effect on team effectiveness, four dimensions of team psychological safety is related with team effectiveness.Second, leadership behavior has a significant effect on team psychological safety, the transformational leadership positively predict team psychological safety, transactional leadership negatively predict team psychological safety.Third, leadership behavior has a significant moderating effect in the relationship of team psychological safety and team effectiveness,in which transformational leadership has a positive moderating effect, and transactional leadership has a negative moderating effect.This study not only enriches the theory of team psychological safety, leadership behavior, team performance, at the same time, based on the theory, starting from the lour dimensions of team psychological safety, it puts forward the advice that how the leader of the team to enhance and maintain team psychological safety.lt is hoped to play a role to enhance team effectiveness.
