A Research Of Rural Space Restructuring Problem And Planning Regulations In Tourism Turn

After years of rapid development of urbanization,the Pearl River Delta region economic boomming driven the rapid development of the rural areas surrounding the developed cities.With the increase of urban residents' disposable income,leisure time and the rise of Leisure Tourism,characteristic countryside in metropolitan areas gradually become tourism attraction for short-term leisure tourism at the weekend,such as serf-driving travel,family trip.Part of the characteristic agricultural village gradually transform to tourism,and thus brought alienation of rural landscape.How to carry out effective planning regulation to push village to keep rural characteristics and sustainable development become common challenges and problems for most rural.This thesis take Menghuabu village in Guangzhou as the research ovject,discusses the alienation of rural landscape and its derivative issues of planning regulation in the course of traditional villages in metropolitan areas towards tourism development.In order to enrich the research of rural space restructuring and planning regulations in tourism turn.Firstly,reviews the development process of Menghuabu village,mainly analysis the characteristics of the rural space transformation,think that with the further development of rural tourism,rural landscape has been transformed to the scenic spot and showing the tendency of urbanization.In addition,in-depth interviews with the villagers,the relevant government departments,and tourists shows that the villagers self-discipline is feeble,the “Rural Development Permit System” is uncomplete and the operability of village planning is poor.Which leads to such problems as disorder in rural house layout,infrastructure construction lack of rural characteristic,etc.Under the effect of a variety of driving force,rural development is facing the challenges of protecting the rural characteristics,sustainable development and the innovation of rural planning regulations.In the new period of rural planning regulations should be based on the rural characteristics of protection,change the management mode of top-down type,systematically to mobilize all forces involved in the rural construction and management,build institutional environments suitable for the rural area and open inclusive collaboration platform.
