The eighteen general construction of the ecological civilization society and the city as the basic policy of China's urban development,emphasizing resource conservation and environmental protection of these two important development direction.At present,China's basic national conditions is the shortage of water resources,freshwater resources equivalent to the world average of 25%.Therefore,the water resources are more and more important to any country,in any form of the loss of water resources are a waste,especially the water has been treated to reach the standard of drinking water.With the rapid development of social economy,water supply enterprises to provide city water distribution network and the total amount of all tap water produced by water between total water meter water difference is called poor sales,the ratio between the difference and the total water supply is called "sales slip".Sales slip is not only one of the main technical indicators used to measure the actual enterprise management level,comprehensive ability and comprehensive reflection of the level of service enterprises and realize the social benefit and economic benefits.At present,on the one hand,water supply enterprises are faced with serious problems of water slips high;on the other hand,facing the severe situation of water resources shortage,so how to reduce the rate of water production and sale is very important.The protection of water resources and improve the economic benefits of water supply enterprises based on the purpose of the A water supply enterprises,the annual sales rate at 20% below target.This paper researches the analysis and control of A water supply enterprise sales slip in the water.Firstly,it introduces the influence factors of water supply industry at home and abroad and the rate of water supply and domestic sales slip analysis.Secondly,on the basis of the present situation and influence of A water supply water supply enterprise sales slip factor analysis,found that the main part of pipeline leakage loss accounted for unaccounted water,the pipeline leakage is the main factor,unaccounted water therefore,control leakage is an important way to reduce the rate of water supply and marketing.Finally,in order to strengthen the system construction as the foundation,from the management efficiency and network marketing level as a starting point,to find a stable and efficient regulatory measures;at the same time according to the actual characteristics of different departments,targeted to develop fine management scheme,in order to launch a sales slip control scheme of water supply enterprises can be used efficiently.This paper is based on the theoretical research and practical application,combined with the actual operation situation of middle and small scale urban water supply enterprises,summed up a set of water slips control scheme with a reference value,and provide a reference for water supply enterprises.
