The essence of salary incentive is a kind of salary management way,it is to encourage employees for the purpose of designing a set of incentive salary system,using the implementation method of targeted and incentive compensation,compensation management methods to achieve the objectives of the organization's salary management.This study introduces the concept of salary incentive,puts forward the understanding of salary incentive and discusses some problems about salary management of state-owned enterprises in China and Kazakhstan from the perspective of giving full function role to play by the salary incentive.In view of this phenomenon,through the analysis of the state-owned enterprises in China and Kazakhstan salary incentive status quo and some existing problems,to explore and analyze and apply,through the use of diversification,the combination of incentives can play a full function role to explore a variety of incentives for organic combination of business Incentive mechanism,to build a business performance as the core of the multi-distribution mechanism,the establishment of modern enterprise system to adapt to the enterprise management remuneration system,put forward the star wage system and broadband pay to improve this situation,improve the Kazakhstan state The competitiveness of enterprises.And further,explore the status quo of individual employees' salary incentive in human resources management of enterprises in both countries in order to provide reference for the further study of human resource management theory of Chinese and Kazakh enterprises.
