With the deepening of the market,specialization and opening,the market is becoming more and more “clear” and the access to the industry market is gradually reducing.Enterprises will face increasingly fierce competition.How to get a competitive advantage in this "smokeless war" to achieve sustained,healthy and rapid development is the problem which enterprises need to solve.Currently,many companies use corporate culture as an important weapon in the field to win the "war".In June 14,2016,"Enterprise culture is the core competitiveness to win the competition in the future" as the theme of the Shanghai SASAC Enterprise Culture Forum held in Shanghai.Five representatives of state-owned enterprises in Shanghai were expressed their viewpoint: SAIC pledged to reshape the culture of innovation gene,Port Group proposed to "share-sharing" to enhance employee's satisfaction,Construction Engineering Group emphasizes "harmony excellence" to boost strategic transformation,Huajian Group advocated new connotation of creativity and design should be focused on,Textile Group believes the concept of "historic,contemporary,futureproof" should be grasped.Clearly,corporate culture will play an increasingly important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises in the future.Therefore,this article starts with the important role of corporate culture and selects the "Moga shares" as the object of study.For the purpose of finding the evidence in the fact that corporate culture will play an important role in the enterprise competition in the future and provide a theoretical basis for "Moga shares" to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises enterprise culture,we analyzed the internal mechanism of the corporate culture to enhance their core competitiveness.The main contents are divided into five parts: The first part introduces the research of the background and significance of corporate culture and core competitiveness.And by studying domestic and foreign scholar's researches in the intrinsic relationship between corporate culture and core competitiveness.Meanwhile,we made a brief review on the study of domestic and foreign scholars.The second part provides information on corporate culture and core competitiveness of enterprises related to the concept and content.The third part of the enterprise culture is decomposed into four levels of understanding,namely enterprise material culture,behavior culture,enterprise system culture and spiritual culture.And these four levels and the relationship between core competitiveness and expounded respectively.The fourth part of "moga shares" corporate culture and corporate core competitiveness has carried on the brief overview,and from material culture,behavior culture,system culture and spiritual culture from four aspects elaborated and moga shares "the relationship between the enterprise culture core competitiveness.At the same time,using the method of SWOT to "moga shares" of the enterprise core competitiveness are analyzed to find the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.The fifth part on how to further strengthen "moga shares" enterprise culture construction in order to enhance its core competitiveness to do further elaboration.The sixth part,the analysis of corporate culture and its enterprise core competitiveness of the "Moga shares" were summarized,pointing out shortcomings and possible innovation of this paper.At last,we proposed some prospects to this study.
