With the comprehensively development of the Internet,the environment of many traditional industries has been radically changed,and the evaluation of copyright belongs to it.The Internet has greatly narrowed the distance between the author and the readers,the low sense of distance and high sense of belonging add the value of IP(Intellectual Property)to the value of copyright.But it is a pity that how to evaluate the value of IP is rare.On the one hand,the market of the network novel copyright is booming,and the relevant IP industries become more and more popular;on the other hand,the study on the value of the network novel copyright is scattered,only mentioned by some relevant research reports.The lack of the formal evaluation mechanism and the evaluation system is rather adverse to the market of the network novel copyright and the development of relevant markets.The paper bases on this kind of status of the industry,concerning about the theories of economics and evaluation,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,evaluating the IP of the network novel copyright in the method of case analysis.This paper is divided into four parts.Part one is a summary of the evaluation theory,and a detailed introduction to the development path of foreign evaluation theories and key theories,a comparatively simple introduction to the analytic hierarchy process theory.In part two,there is an introduction to the copyright from the perspective of law,and a contrastively introduction to traditional copyright value and the copyright value in the era of the Internet,a detailed introduction to the value of IP of the network novel copyright.In the third part,there is an introduction to the Internet games and their value drivers,a detailed introduction to the income method and analytic hierarchy process.Part four,the case analysis part,firstly evaluate the value of the Internet game named Zhu Xian,and then figure out the weight of IP in the method of analytic hierarchy process,finally work out the value of IP of Zhu Xian by combining the two steps before.By analyzing and calculating,the value of the Internet game Zhu Xian is 2.595 billion,the value of IP of Zhu Xian is 183 million.
