Talent is the core element of enterprise and social development.This is an era full of opportunities and challenges,the core enterprises to participate in market competition is the talent competition,as the main body of market competition to enterprises "talent is the first resource" as the slogan,and "after 90s" knowledge-type employees,will become the next 20 to 30 years the hunt for talent protagonist.“After 90s”,As an important part of human resources in our country and with the high education level,its role in social economy and enterprise development is increasingly prominent.For enterprises how to attract and retain,and effectively cultivate and inspire this groups with the distinctive characteristics of the times and individual,it is a problem that must be faced and solved to ensure the prosperity of the enterprise in the economic environment of increasing the speed of knowledge updating Therefore,to grasp the personality characteristics of the "After 90s”knowledge-workers,to tap the potential needs and meet their needs,it is an important task in the research of human resource management in modern enterprises.A mass of research indicate that people-the organization matching on employees working attitude(such as job satisfaction,organizational commitment,psychological contract,etc.)and work practices results(work performance,leaving tendency,etc.)are closely related,and directly affect organizational performance.Demand-supply matching belongs to people-person-organization fit a dimension.Some scholars studies suggest that needs-supply matching staff performance has significant influence,but mostly scholars have questioned this conclusion.They think exorbitant demands-supply matching cannot adequately motivate the staff's working enthusiasm,thus affect performance.So what needs-supply matching whether with "after 90s" knowledge staff work related to the performance,this paper using correlation analysis studied.Demand-supply matching and employee severance tendency has significant correlation,and whether all needs-supply of all dimensions are matched with employee turnover tendency was significantly associated,and can forecast employee turnover? Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,this article designs to further exploration.
