The Total Research In Labor Supply And Demand Study In Northeast Old Industrial Base

At this stage, labor supplying and demanding are causing more and more attentionsfrom scholars. The labor supplying and demanding problem has become prominentissues that affect economic development and social stability in the promoting anddeveloping process of northeast old industrial base. This paper established forecastmodels to analyze the labor supplying and demanding numbers of three provinces inNortheast China, and comparing the forecasting results.This paper consists of five parts. The first part describes the background,significance and previous researching results of this problem, and put forward theinnovation and shortage of the proposed study. The second part describes the laborsupplying and demanding theory, laid the theoretical foundation for later analysis. Thethird part describes the status of labor supply and demand in the three northeasternprovinces from different focus. The fourth part used mathematical model, combined withlabor force participation rate to predict the number of labor supply and analyses theforecasting results. And the paper employed a variety of methods to predict the numberof labor demand, and combined it with labor supply to analyze the gap of labor supplyand demand. The fifth part put forward a few suggestions to ease the contradictionbetween labor supply and demand.According to the labor supply and demand status and prediction results, there arecontradictions between labor supply and demand in Northeast China labor market. Therewill be labor supply shortage in three provinces Northeast China in next ten years. Thelabor supply and demand imbalance will not only affect the northeast economicsustainable development but also affect the well-off society goal. At last we put forward avariety of countermeasures to achieve the harmonious development of Northeast China.
