It is essential to improve the reasonable distribution system. So researching its logistics distribution problem will have a theoretical and practical significance. By analyzing the problem of small and medium-sized supermarket chain logistics distribution in our country, put forward the corresponding solutions. Research from distribution mode decision and distribution path optimization of the two aspects respectively, on the one hand, using Analytic Hierarchy Process to its distribution mode selection to make reasonable decisions; On the other hand, using VSP-vehicle scheduler program on its distribution path optimization. So as to achieve the optimal resources and management improving benefit.
