The study of employee satisfaction has been a subject of great concern in the field of human resources in the public sector.However,this subject was originated from the western countries.All background,object,type,depth and applicability of the research in China are not very completely,especially for the state-owned enterprise employee satisfaction.This article is based on deepening the indicators of employee satisfaction in the background of state-owned enterprise reform,and valuates the degree of employee satisfaction and the influencing factors.This article used the literature research,the questionnaire survey and the narrow empirical research which selected employees of state-owned enterprises in Wenzhou for their current situation and satisfaction.Based on the adjustment of foreign satisfaction scale,it also combined with the characteristics and the reform of state-owned enterprise.This article puts forward factors that affect the satisfaction of employees of state-owned enterprises in Wenzhou.Based on the Likert scale,the questionnaire survey was carried out among the employees of the state-owned enterprises in Wenzhou.The reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed by the scientific and reliable statistical analysis software named SPSS,and independent variables such as T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to test whether the dimensions had significant effect on satisfaction or not.At the same time,the influence of job-related factors on employee satisfaction was analyzed.The results show that the five dimensions of employee satisfaction in Wenzhou aere satisfied by the evaluation index system.The regression model can reveal that the working contents,return on work,working conditions,working relationships,policy influence have a positive effect to job satisfaction.The impact of the role of sorting were: working contents> return on work> working conditions> policy influence> working relationships.This article is based on the data analysis and puts forward some suggestions on improving the employee satisfaction of state-owned enterprises in Wenzhou: for the public regulatory administration,transforming the ways of supervision and establishing new and effective internal relations;strengthening guidance of affection and perfecting the salary structure and performance system;weakening identity definition and reducing effluence of policy;attaching importance to leading and paying attention to the training of key employees,cherishing and protecting talents,establishing a reasonable?scientific and appropriate regulatory system.
