With rapid development of information technology and Internet technology,scientific and technological achievements constantly changing and upgrading,the service industry more and more dependent on knowledge and professional skills.And the dependence trend is going up.The knowledge elements play a more and more important role.With the development of Knowledge Intensive Business Service,it has became one of the important role for adjusting the industrial structure and changing the growth mode.As the service efficiency is related with the development of Knowledge Intensive Business Service.So it is very important to study the service efficiency.Firstly we read and research much literature about the service efficiency of Knowledge Intensive Business Service.And make some arrangement for their concept,features and relevant service efficiency.Secondly on the basis of the literature,this paper constructs the service efficiency evaluation model of Knowledge Intensive Business Service.The model regards the production of Knowledge Intensive Business Service as a continuous process and decomposes the process into two stages.The first stage,enterprise inputs labor,capital,outputs service capacity.The second stage,enterprise inputs service capacity and outputs service.Finally appropriate evaluation indexes were selected based on the model and takes the proper enterprises of Knowledge Intensive Business Service from 2013 to 2015 as the samples,and then analyzes the factors that affect the service quality of the service enterprises,The data are processed by using SPSS18.0 and MaxDEA6.3 software,and the following conclusions are drawn about the service efficiency of Knowledge Intensive Business Service:(1)The service efficiency of Knowledge Intensive Business Service is closely related to the efficiency of the first stage and the second stage.There are non-efficient problems at both the first and the second stage o The non-efficient problem of the first stage is more serious.(2)The three industries of information transmission,software and information technology services,business services,scientific research and technical services are efficient in the first stage and can still also be improved.The second stage of enterprise service efficiency is low and the non-efficient problem is serious.The three industries have major differences in efficiency of service production within the different years.(3)The service efficiency of three industries of information transmission,software and information technology services,business services,scientific research and technical services have larger difference in the whole stage.The services business is the most effective business while the scientific research and technical service has the most serious non-efficient problem.(4)At the first stage,the non-efficient enterprises want to achieve efficiency should reduce input of the monetary assets,physical assets,the total number of employees and R & D investment.The input redundancy rate is high and the utilization rate of resources is low.There are a lot of resources waste.At the second stage,the output deficiency rate is high.The non-efficient enterprises want to achieve efficiency should increase their operating income and operating profit.
