Construction And Governance Research Of Industrial Innovation Ecosystem

Today,in the Post-industrial age,China is facing emerging development momentum,such as information,Internet +,industry 4.0 and so on.The innovation activities of modern enterprises have shown obvious ecological characteristics,industry competition gradually became the competition among innovation populations,which represented by platform and technical standards,and even innovation ecosystems.In this context,based on the industry innovation ecological theory the paper constructs the system,and it has important theoretical values and practical significances.Firstly,on the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,this thesis arranges and summarizes the connotation,characteristics,operating mechanism,risk control,risk control,governance model,governance mechanism andgovernance mechanism of innovation ecosystem from the dimensions of enterprise,industry and region.And through the analysis of the research progress of domestic and international theory,we define the research direction.Secondly,based on the ecology theory,the synergy theory and the system theory,we compare the industrial innovation ecosystem and the natural ecological system,and find that the main body,resources and environment in the industrial innovation ecosystem are also following the general rules of dependence,restriction,material circulation,evolution,competition and balance in the natural ecological system' species.Through innovation chain,service chain,capital chain and industry chain to do energy transfer,innovation colonies form the three layer network structure.And then the interaction between the various levels of the network form a dynamic balance system with specific space,stable structure and innovative function.And through the logistic model,we analyze the evolution process of industrial innovation ecosystem to divide the stages.Thirdly,after the analysis of the subject,object and target of the system governance,according to the position of the main body of innovation ecosystem in the whole system,a three layer network management system of industrial innovation network,including the external layer,auxiliary layer and core layer control,is established.Then,it points out that the function of the governance mechanism in the whole system is restricting variables.and analyzes the behavior restraint mechanism,knowledge protection mechanism,incentive mechanism and coordination mechanism in the process of governance.Finally,take the case for with the development of the innovation ecosystem of thetelecommunication industry;,the development history of the telecommunication industry and the three layer network structure of the innovation ecosystem in telecom industry are analyzed.For the risk factors in the process of system evolution,the corresponding control measures are put forward,and based on the theoretical analysis and case study,the inspiration of the formation of the innovation ecosystem in the telecommunication industry to China's high-tech industry is summarized.
