The Fusion Mechanism Research Of Smart City And The Regional Coordinated Development

The development of a new generation of information technology facilitates people’s lives greatly in the 21 st century;city life develops in the direction of the comfortable,convenient.In the face of traffic congestion,environmental pollution and other issues in traditional urban,the call for smart city is growing.using the Internet of things,cloud computing,big data and other information technology,smart city which innovation 2.0 supports make city life more science and technology.And smart city also faces the problem of excessive corporate marketing,urban construction cannot be dominant by marketing,so Ministry of Housing and urban-rural development combines eight other ministries launched a national pilot of smart city,perfect smart city standard system,regulate and promote the healthy development of the smart city.The solving of the problem of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei is slow,because administrative barriers are very big.The radiation function of Beijing-tianjin also does not have the desired dose.Although the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei has rosen to a national level.but the degree of the actual effect of coordinated development is still limited,and the rise of smart city provides a good opportunity for the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei.This can be as a breakthrough of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei.It can explore the new mode of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei.The combination of wisdom city and the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei breaks through the boundary of individual discussion of smart city,and toward the path of the wisdom urban agglomeration integration.First of all analyse the process of fusion with the angle of Chinese traditional philosophy,and introduced the node theory.Secondly,using the empirical study of topsis method based on entropy weight,discusses the smart level of the cities in the beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration on the basis of the evaluation index system of smart city.Finally,this paper discusses the path of beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration integration with the perspective of the government,enterprises and people,and including five directions of transportation,health care,education,tourism,agriculture on the perspective of people.
