Research On Industry Undertaking Capacity Of Hebei Province Based On Entropy TOPSIS Model

The implementation of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has brought great opportunities for Hebei to undertake the transfer industry in Beijing and Tianjin.Hebei Province,as the most backward province in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,can re examine its own advantages,find out the short board which hinders the development of the region,rationally undertake the industry of Beijing Tianjin transfer,and then optimize the industrial knot in the province.To further narrow the gap with the Beijing Tianjin area,it is not only beneficial to promote the economic development and industrial structure adjustment of Hebei Province,but also play an important role in the optimization and upgrading of the overall industrial structure of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the construction of the regional modern economic system.Based on this,from the perspective of regional industry undertaking ability,this paper evaluates and sorts the industrial undertaking ability of Hebei province by using the TOPSIS model based on entropy weight law,and analyzes the obstacle factors affecting its industrial undertaking ability.Finally,the results are put forward according to the analysis and the results of the empirical analysis.Some policy recommendations for strengthening regional capacity building.The structure of this article is as follows:First,on the basis of systematically combing and reviewing the related literatures about the motivation of industrial transfer,industrial transfer effect and industrial succession evaluation,the related concepts are defined,the causes of industrial transfer and industrial undertaking are analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the industrial undertaking ability of the latter region.Secondly,the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is briefly analyzed from two aspects of the economic development level and industrial structure.It is clear that Hebei province has certain conditions to undertake the industrial transfer in Beijing and Tianjin area,and then expounds the status and problems of Hebei province to undertake industrial transfer in Beijing and Tianjin.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of regional industry undertaking ability is established from four dimensions of industrial attraction,industry selection,industrysupport and industry development.The entropy weight TOPSIS model is introduced to analyze and evaluate the industrial undertaking ability of the cities in Hebei Province,and then the impact of the obstacle model is used to analyze the influence of the local industry.The main obstacles to the ability to undertake.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four perspectives:industry attraction,industry selection,industry support and industrial development.
