Currently, China's economy hotel has present rapid development trend, and foreign economy hotel has not been large-scale into our country economic hotel market, it need to strengthen the research of our country economy hotels'core competitive power components in theoretical. It is good for promoting our country economy hotels' core competitiveness by integration and cultivating China economic hotels'core competitiveness factors in the shortest possible period, in order to compete against international brand economy hotel. On the background of high-end hotels is increasingly being foreign taking, cheap hotel, social hotel and hostel increasingly saturated, economy hotel become the final piece of the field to forge China hotels' national brand.This paper, first of all, analysis of the present stage of our country economy hotels' competitive situation:strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, on the basis of expounding the theory of competitive power in origin, development, the core competitive ability and the relationship between competition and the core competitiveness. Secondly, through the overview of DL economy hotel and the construction principle of evaluation index system, construct the DL economic hotel competitiveness evaluation index system by the method of fishbone diagram. And then, on the basis of establishing index system, evaluate DL economy hotel competitiveness using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, put forward DL economy hotel competitiveness strategy based on aforementioned evaluation results.The study of this paper not only can accurately evaluate the competitiveness of the economy hotel, but find the shortcoming in the competitiveness construction. Provide beneficial reference for economy hotel promoting competitive power.
