A Study On The Income Growth Of Urban Residents In Qinhuangdao Under The New Normal State

Qinhuangdao "Thirteen Five-Year Plan" put forward: “ Try to double the total output value from 2010 to 2019.However,since 2014,China's economic development has entered a new normal state.The income of urban and township residents have changed double-digit growth trend for seven consecutive years and the growth rate decreased year by year,so the growth of residents' income is facing greater pressure.By the literature research method,the quantitative and the qualitative analysis and the principal component regression analysis method,this article analyzes the influencing factors of urban residents 'income growth under the new normal condition of economic development in Qinhuangdao to find out the causes,analyzes the causes and provide effective countermeasures and suggestions for the increase of residents' income.First of all,through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper uses a lot of data and charts to not only explain the income growth of urban residents in Qinhuangdao since the reform and opening,but also expound the income growth of urban residents in Qinhuangdao.This paper also analyze Qinhuangdao urban residents income growth under the new normal state and then point out that the existing income gap between urban and rural residents is large,the wage gap between the industry,the relative growth rate of the city relatively backward and so on.Secondly,the paper analyzes the factors which restrict the income of urban residents in Qinhuangdao.From the economic level,system level and other aspects of the constraints of urban residents increase the causes of the problem.And then combined with the statistical data to quantify the impact of the model,using principal component analysis the factors on the contribution of urban residents and the direction of the income.Finally,according to the characteristics of the income growth of urban residents in Qinhuangdao,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to increase the income of Qinhuangdao residents under the new normal conditions.In the new normal context,we should reinforce the basis of income growth,maintain the balance of income growth,narrow the gap between income growth,ensure the stability of income growth and seize the opportunity for income growth.
