Compared with the traditional supply chain,the closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)realizes the recycling of material resources and can excavate the utilization value of the products to a greater extent.As a result,its concept has gained great attention from the academic circle,and has become a hot topic in the field of supply chain.With the deepening of research,"emergencies more frequent" and "regional environmental policies have implemented" phenomenon which generally exists in the actual operating environment caused widely discussed academia gradually.This thesis on the basis of the closed-loop supply chain based on third-party take back model(TPT-CLSC),combined with the related research results,to explore the multiple factors disturbance situation TPT-CLSC system contract design,and government interference TPT-CLSC system decision-making model.And make the following research work:(1)Based on the single-cycle TPT-CLSC model,the management decision of TPT-CLSC system under undisturbed conditions was discussed,and the overall coordination of TPT-CLSC system was realized by using the revenue expense sharing contract.At the same time,in the case of multi-factor disturbance,the coordination problem of revenue expense sharing contract is studied.Considering that the revenue expense sharing contract cannot fully coordinate the TPT-CLSC system under multi-factor disturbance.Therefore,this thesis to improve the revenue expense sharing contract and to use the improved revenue expense sharing contract to coordinate the TPT-CLSC system.(2)Based on the current policy which the "regulations on the administration of recycling and disposal of waste electric and electronic products",build the TPT-CLSC model under government interference,and the phenomena of differential pricing is introduced into the model.Through operational research knowledge,the pricing decisions of member enterprises are discussed.At the same time,combined with the numerical simulation experiment,the influence of the processing fund and the recycling subsidy on the decision-making of each member enterprise was analyzed.Subsequently,the processing fund and recycling subsidy are used as government decision variables to construct the government decision-making model.The model is used to analyze therelationship between government benefit and processing fund and recycling subsidy.
