| Based on the theory of benefit thought,this article establishes a set of evaluation inde x system for the middle-level management team of linximining company.Combining the li nximiningcompany’s facts,we discusses the problem of it,put forward a set of system that is perfect and feasible implementing scheme for examination and assessment.We hope that it can help the linxi company to strengthen the evaluation and assessment,improve the role of middle management team,and promote the company’s reform and development.Meanwhile,this dissertation uses the method of combining the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,empirical analysis and other research methods.Firstly,This dissertation presents the research background and significance,analys the current study about the evaluation of the middle-level management team in enterprise based on the thought of benefit at home and abroad,describes the "three benefits" thought,stakeholder theory,the theory of performance evaluation and so on.Secondly,This dissertation analys problems in evaluation about the middle-level management team in The linximining company,points out the causes of the problems.These provide the basis for establishing a set of scientific,feasible and perfect evaluation index system in follow-up middle-level management team work.Thirdly,aiming at the existing problems and the actual situation of the linximining company,the dissertation designs a set of evaluation of the program for middle-level management team in the linximining company.In order to ensure the practicality and operability of the evaluation program,we select the individual middle management team in linximining company as a test unit to carry out an empirical analysis.Finally,this dissertation describes the practical problems in the process of evaluation,and put forward the solution.Meanwhile,in order to ensure that the program can be successful applied in linximining company and play its role in promoting the management work,we elaborate the security measures for a deeper carrying out the implementation for the future. |
