Research On Logistics Park Location Plan Of BTH Integration

The BTH integration policy has been put forward officially more than 2 years,but still in the early stages of the process.In terms of logistics,BTH regional logistics and market needs further overall planning,covering the perfect logistics network and constructing different types of logistics park is a necessary measure.Therefore,the research of BTH logistics park location planning can give full play to the advantages of integration,so that the logistics park can be highly efficient in cooperation,provide a reference for the implementation of the policy,and promote the BTH integration process effectively.Firstly,this article introduces the connotation and characteristics of the BTH integration,summarizes the concept and category of the logistics park,describes the preprocessing steps and methods of index data,and lays the foundation for building the index system of logistics park site selection with BTH integration characteristics.Secondly,in order to explore the necessity of logistics park relocation under the BTH integrated environment,we use SWOT to analyzes the development status of logistics park and logistics industry,so that provided precondition for the research of BTH integrated logistics park site selection.Thirdly,the index system of logistics park site selection is constructed according to the design principles and weighted based on both entropy method and subjective weighting method that combined with the BTH integration policy,then,using correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis to eliminate the deviations aimed at improving the overall correlation of the whole index system,besides,proved the correct establishment of the index system and the reliability of the subsequent results according to Cronbach ? coefficient.Finally,the BTH logistics park location planning is confirmed by factor analysis,include Tianjin,Beijing,Zhangjiakou,Tangshan and Shijiazhuang should construct production service logistics park,trade service logistics park,freightlogistics park,port logistics park and integrated logistic park correspondingly.Then,the radiation range of logistics is calculated by using the formula of radiation radius based on the Wilson model,and verify the rationality of the site selection planning.Thus,the location analysis for logistics park in BTH integration is completed.
