Study On Independent Innovation Of Dongying Hekou Estuary Resin Chemical Plant

Independent innovation is vital for enterprise to develop and gain competitive advantage in market.Independent innovation is the only choice for private technology enterprises in the era of knowledge economy if they want to survive and develop.It is the basic premise for enterprise's survival and development.As part of the socialist market economy,private scientific and technological enterprise is the important force to promote regional economy.Therefore,studying the independent innovation of them is of great theoretical significance and practical application value for their development.Dongying Hekou Estuary Resin Chemical Plant has been active in independent innovation,and developed its own independent innovation mechanism,which played an important guiding role in chemical industry.This thesis made a comprehensive and systematic analysis of independent innovation of Dongying Hekou Estuary Resin Chemical Plant,using theories and methods on management and innovation.The research mainly includes two aspects.First,it illustrated the connotation and the mode of independent innovation based on the theory of management and innovation,and analyzed the present situation and existing problems of the enterprise in independent innovation,and furthermore,made clear of the connotation of enterprise independent innovation mode and the feasibility of the implementation with the support of a large amount of data;And Then,it put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems in independent innovation of Dongying Hekoy Estuary Resin Chemical Plant.In addition,this thesis also did some analysis on the common problems existing in small and medium-sized private enterprises based on research on the innovation theory and case study.This enriched the study on independent innovation,and at the same time laid a certain theoretical and practical basis for private enterprise independent innovation.
