The Construction Of Performance Evaluation Model For Independent Innovation Of Private Enterprises

After 40 years of reform and development,the private economy has overcome the disadvantages of weak foundations and exclusion.It has not only become an important part of the national economy development in our country,which is in order to promote the main force of economic marketization,but also has become the main source of financial income of our central and local,increased employment opportunities for the masses,and improved the people's main force standard of living.In general,private enterprises in China are moving towards a more scientific and more perfect direction.In the history of innovation,the American economist Joseph Schumpeter first proposed the concept of innovation in his 1912 book," Introduction to Economic Development".Schumpeter defined Innovation as: Innovation refers to a combination of the new never production factors and production conditions into the production system.Independent innovation is a creative activity.Literally,it refers to the activities of independent research and development and technological innovation of private enterprises.The more specific definition of private enterprises or private entrepreneurs are based on development characteristics in order to obtain greater economic benefits.With the market environment,develops a series of commercial activities via the core patented technologies owned by constantly the innovation of new products,adoption of the new production methods,exploration of the new markets,seek and command of the new material supply,form of a new organization,and so on.And ultimately improve the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the private enterprise itself,and promoting the development of a country's economic growth.This paper is focused on how to improve the independent innovation capability of private enterprises and reviews the historical changes of the development of private enterprises in China with the support of property rights theory,product life cycle theory and marginal cost theory.Then it analyzes the current situation of the development of private enterprises in China and points out the problems and deficiencies of private enterprises' independent innovation.And with the uses of three first-level indicators of independent innovation investment ability of private enterprises,management capacityand output capacity,as well as fourteen second-level indicators,such as the amount of R&D investment,R&D personnel and managers' innovative quality,and so forth,the paper takes an analysis of the influence on the independent innovation activities of private enterprises.And the model of independent innovation performance evaluation of private enterprises is established by AHP which is on the basis of the principle of performance evaluation index system.Finally,five listed private enterprises are selected as the empirical research object.Both qualitative data and quantitative data are dimensionless,and the index weight is determined by AHP.Then the comprehensive evaluation value is calculated by the linear weighted function method and the importance of each index is evaluated and analyzed according to the score.Ultimately,based on the results of the empirical analysis and the problems of the independent innovation of private enterprises,this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the development of private enterprises and the improvement of independent innovation performance in China,such as capital investment,talent introduction and the construction of the legal environment.
