In the background of market economy and globalization,competition is the result of market.The competitiveness of enterprises is originally the talent competition.The development of any business is inseparable from excellent human resources and the efficient allocation.How to find the right business,to retain qualified persons,to provide strong support for the organization of human and remains strong vitality and competitiveness,that has become an important issue that enterprises are facing.Yellow River Drilling Corporation has entered a new stage of development.Oilfield development status,economic growth and corporate goal orientation has undergone a qualitative change.These changes put forward higher requirements and greater demand to all kinds of high-quality professional and technical personnel.Although the Yellow River Drilling Company introduced a number of policies,and played a role in some aspects,treatment and training materials is not so perfect.Especially for some top-notch talent and talent who have made outstanding contributions,it lacks of researches,seminars,technical innovations and other incentives.Based on the foundation of the Yellow River Drilling Company employee performance evaluation system over,the paper evaluated the factors affecting employee performance and got the result that the coefficient of performance is the biggest contribution to the basic quality.Under the current basic quality performance model,it is determined by education,job title,qualifications,foreign language and computer skills.Performance Contributed minimal factor.According to the key factors for employee performance,we made the following recommendations to enhance employee performance.Firstly,Improve staff quality and building first-class workforce.Secondly,strengthen research team building and foster scientific research field advantage.Thirdly,put emphasis on corporate culture and create a good atmosphere of employee services.Lastly,train systems thinking and implement innovation-driven development.
