Along with our country economy high speed development in recent years,enterprises in the competition is increasingly intensified in various fields,and as a production and processing enterprises,the employees highly effective performance management is the enterprise the key to win in the competition.After years of practice,both domestic and foreign enterprises and academic institutions have come a long way in the understanding and research of performance management,which also brings great help to the improvement of the performance management level of enterprises.However,in some domestic enterprises,the importance of performance management is not enough,and the understanding of performance management is not deep enough.For this reason,this article will JH group production staff performance management through research,analysis the exist problems and improvement measures are proposed,to enrich the modern enterprise performance management theory,provide advice and reference to the current performance management of enterprise.Based on the theory and method of performance management,on the basis of investigation and research,master the first-hand information,case analysis as the main entry point,outstanding enterprises at home and abroad and referring to the performance of the management mechanism,the current situation of performance management of production and processing enterprises in China is,in the face of the main problems and suggestion for a thorough analysis and research.This article will be illustrated in six chapters:Chapter 1 is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,purpose,research contents and ideas of the topic selection;Chapter 2 is the literature review,from the basic theory and the domestic and international research status quo;Chapter 3 expounds mainly anhui JH group production staff performance management present situation,first in this paper,the overview of JH group,anhui second of anhui JH group production of employee performance management present situation,main problems and the analysis of the causes of problems;Chapter 4 for production staff performance management system of anhui JH group improved research,from design principle and steps of performance management improvement measures for production staff,production staff performance management system design paper expounds three aspects;Chapter 5 for anhui JH group production of employee performance management of security strategy,mainly from establishing performance management support system,perfect the human resources training system,deepen the performance appraisal and compensation system,create a matching enterprise culture atmosphere paper expounds four aspects;Chapter six is the last part of the thesis and the prospect.
