According to a management theory, employee performance appraisal is really an important management methods, but in practice, most companies employee performance management there will be some unsatisfactory, such as employee performance appraisal does not reflect the fundamental enterprise development-oriented; employee performance appraisal has a strong pointer to the role in the organization for some employees who wants work in long-term in business, or want to get promotion opportunities, but employee performance appraisal can not play the constraints and promoting effect for those who employees feels hopeless in the organizations. Ten yeas ago, when the real estate market is hot, because corporate earnings growth is very fast, the staff assessment requirements also relatively sloppy. In recent years, along with the socio-economic development and transformation of governance, the real estate market is boom unlike in the past, the original employee performance appraisal and incentives might give enterprises the downside in the short term, but employee performance appraisal, after all, is an important means of enterprise management, the problem now is not either engage in employee performance appraisal, but rather how best to link the development of enterprises actual situation, etc.The main issues discussed in this paper are:the analyses of performance appraisal and motivation of employees and management status, the design of NJHDG employee performance evaluation and incentive management program, the implementations and management of NJHDG employee performance evaluation and incentive measures to improve program. To solve these problems, the research process is:firstly learn the employee performance management and employees incentive principles, combined with individual HJHDG served as general manager of the actual work on the case studies of enterprises NJHDG employee performance evaluation and incentive systems were the investigation and analysis, on this basis, from the perspective of theory with practice, how to further improve NJHDG staff performance appraisal and incentive improvements, and gives specific management program and its implementation of the recommendations. The main research method used in this paper are:literature research, theory with practice, case discussions and general analysis of organic integration.The thesis consists of five chapters, namely:Chapter 1 Introduction Chapter 2Theoretical Foundation and representative research reviewed, Chapter 3 the status quo performance analyses of NJHDG staff evaluation and incentive, Chapter 4 the design of NJHDG improve employee performance evaluation and incentive program, Chapter 5 about the implement countermeasures for NJHDG improved employee performance evaluation and incentive programs.
