Study On Electrical Equipment Integrity Management Of Pipeline Daqing Oil & Gas Transportation Sub-company

Electrical equipment integrity management is the summary of the years experience in electrical equipment management and the exploration of electrical equipment maintenance and management mode in Daqing oil and gas transportation branch company.It is based on the preventive experiments of electrical equipment maintenance.That is a kind of electrical equipment integrity management mode which is based on preventive experiments.In this mode,according to the data of preventive experiments and the analysis of parameters which contains the operation of equipments and monitoring data,it's necessary to set up an evaluation system of equipment situation,which can change equipment management mode from traditional periodic maintenance to situation maintenance.It can achieve the purpose of electrical equipment integrity management while establishing the model of risk assessment and using the methods of communication.The paper explores the features of electrical equipment integrity management in Daqing oil and gas transportation branch company,and introduces the equipment management and the electrical equipment integrity management concerned in both home and abroad,especially the analysis of electrical equipment management and the current problems in Daqing oil and gas transportation branch company.This paper completes the design of electrical equipment integrity management system,and determines the purpose and the mode based on preventive test.Based on the equipment situation parameters and data of preventive experiments,this paper determines the electrical equipment integrity management system by preventive experiments,with the core of equipment condition evaluation and risk assessment.The priority is to study the improvement in electrical equipment management about preventive test.This paper concludes three management priorities including safety management,process management and field management.Finally by using computer software system to study the mode of electrical equipment integrity management as a whole,with the help of the communication methods,this paper achieves the purpose of electrical equipment integrity management and summarizes the application of this management mode.
